After giving birth to four children, exercise and Pilates helped me regain my strength and posture. It is now my pleasure to help others regain their strength, stamina and generally feel better about themselves both physically and emotionally. Qualified in both Personal Training (Diploma of Fitness and Certificate IV) and Pilates (Diploma of Pilates, Polestar Studio; Mat & Reformer), the emphasis is on correcting bio-mechanical defects such as forward head, rounded shoulders and other postural defects all the while constantly improving each client's individual limits in a small and fun setting.
As a keen skier and golfer and I also incorporate recreational ski training and golf exercises at various levels - ultimately the better your core, cardio and balance - the better you will be at any activity. I am a huge supporter of women's health and wellbeing.
